Human Resources Generalist

Tentang pekerjaan ini

The Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the HR department including hiring and onboarding, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR preferred.
  • Efficient HR administration, HR knowledge and practices, and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in emailing, MS Office, and related HR software.
  • Strong decision-making, conflict management skills, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Oversees cultural and employee programs, including wellbeing, corporate events, and recognition
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Graphic Designer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in graphic design
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

Responsibilities

  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design

Personal Assistant to Managing Director

The role is a personal assistant to Chief Level/ Managing Director which responsible for daily operations, sales, and HR.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • Preferably female, fresh graduate are welcome (max 27 years old)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (e.g excel's formula)
  • Fast learner
  • Good in communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed, such as creating and evaluating sales reports, writing business proposals, scheduling meetings, booking events, and researching current market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars

  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
