Supply Chain Development Advisor
Key Accountabilities
- Work with market supply chain team to develop,
implement projects and process improvements to drive continuous
improvement across the organization. Ensure best practices are identified,
developed, documented and shared among locations
- Provide expert thought leadership in supply chain
management, handle complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating
when needed
- Providing consulting, coaching and hands on
execution guidance to business team to support and sustain changes in
supply chain planning improvement. Drive for business maturity progress
and change adherence, including IBP process maturity improvement, S&OE
deployment and improvement, conduct disciplined review on effective
application of systems, and tools.
- Work with market supply chain team for system
improvement, ensure master data accuracy, ensure continues improvement on
forecast model selection to fit business purpose, review inventory
strategy and segmentation, publish planning metrics targets, prepare the
supply and inventory planning inputs for capacity scenarios and come with
recommendations at regional level, highlight risk and propose for actions
to mitigate risk.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (eg
management of science, supply chain management, etc)
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Fluent in English
- Good at communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Ten years of related experience with at least
seven in supply chain planning
- CSCP or CPIM
- Familiar with or is key user for SAP, SAP IBP, or
APO,
- Good in Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent analytical and modeling capability
Environmental
Health and Safety Analyst
Key Accountabilities
- Provide guidance to assist in the effective use
of the environmental health and safety system and applications by end
users and businesses.
- Implement continued deployment of related systems
and applications globally; lead environmental health and safety system as
super user by evaluating system capabilities and business needs so as to
provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle related analytics and reporting and
support special projects as assigned.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct
supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
- In-depth knowledge of reporting and analytics
skills in environmental health and safety data management systems.
- Experience of environmental, health and safety
process improvement.
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Three year experience supporting
multi-application systems, reporting, and training in a global business
environment.
- One year direct experience with use of
environmental health and safety system and applications.
- Experienced in using Enablon applications at
administrative level.
Senior Operations
Buyer
Key Accountabilities
- Assist more senior team members with process
improvements.
- Check records and files for accuracy, performing
complex analysis of data.
- Lead requests for procurement of non contracted
materials and goods, services and supplies.
- Assist end user and ensure material delivery
follow plant requirements.
- Handle complex clerical, administrative,
technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while
escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Able to communicate in English and Vietnamese
- Advanced skills using relevant office programs
