People Development Manager

Responsibilty

1. Conduct analysis on training need and create training and development material

2. Develop learning program to improve employee productivity

3. Execute and monitor learning and development activities

4. Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify training needs

5. Optimization of learning management system & digital learning platform 6. Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of the learning program

7. Develop and facilitate relevant in-house training session / program

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (Preferably psychology)

2. Preferably has 5 years experience related area

3. Strong analytical and planning skills

4. High-level written and verbal communication skills

5. Excellent problem-solving skills

6. Understand the business process in plantation area

7. Understand how to create and manage an Learning Management System (online)

8. Understand event management

9. Willing to be placed in Terbanggi, Lampung Tengah

 

Feed Farming, Feed Distribution, and Harvesting Sub Dept. Head

Responsibilty

1. Planning, monitoring and coordination in forage production (Tebon, Grass and others) to maintain quality and stock effectively and efficiently so as to be able to meet the needs and required quality standards and reduce HPP

2. Planning, monitoring and coordination in the feed distribution process in order to achieve goals including the accuracy of the quantity according to demand and the timeliness of distribution as well as monitoring the maintenance of vehicle units to make them more effective and efficient

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field, Preferably Agriculture (Production)

2. Preferably has 3 years experience related area (Process Feed, Corn Plantation)

3. Strong analytical and planning skills

4. High-level written and verbal communication skills

5. Excellent problem-solving skills

6. Understand the business process in plantation area

7. Willing to be placed in Terbanggi, Lampung Tengah

 

AREA SUB DEPARTMENT HEAD - ITN

Responsibilty

1. develop distribution channels at scale designated area to be sure absorption of sales volume according to the target Commercial budget breakdown per sub area

2. Achieve sales targets per area

3. Manage production inventory

4. Plan marketing activities and PO from Customers

5. Demand Creation Planning

6. Distribution Channel management

7. Sales data processing

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field

2. Preferably has 3 years experience related area (Sales Supervisor)

3. Strong analytical and planning skills

4. High-level written and verbal communication skills

5. Excellent problem-solving skills

6. Understand the business process in plantation area
