monitor learning and development activities
4. Collaborate
closely with business leaders to identify training needs

Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of the learning program

Requirements

Responsibilty
1. Planning,
monitoring and coordination in forage production (Tebon, Grass and others) to
maintain quality and stock effectively and efficiently so as to be able to meet
the needs and required quality standards and reduce HPP
2. Planning,
monitoring and coordination in the feed distribution process in order to
achieve goals including the accuracy of the quantity according to demand and
the timeliness of distribution as well as monitoring the maintenance of vehicle
units to make them more effective and efficient
Requirements
1. Candidate
must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field, Preferably Agriculture
(Production)
2. Preferably
has 3 years experience related area (Process Feed, Corn Plantation)
