Learning Partner Assistant Manager (Retail)
Responsibilities:
•
Research Learning & Development practices
•
Communicate course requirements with trainers,
facilities, learners, and external suppliers
•
Provide a reliable point of contact for all
learning and development matters
•
Ensure staff attend internal & external
learning events to meet legal requirements & wider L&D strategy
•
Produce reports on L&D activity using agreed
HR performance indicators
•
Prepare or select any L&D materials or
programs required
•
Produce and maintain accurate records of L&D
activity
•
Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms
& support the L&D team in achieving their development goals Manage the
L&D calendar
•
Provide administrative support to staff and
managers in the planning and delivery of L&D events
•
Provide administrative support to the wider HR
team where required.
Requirements:
•
Experienced in Retail industry
•
Good office-based admin skills, ideally in an HR
/ L&D environment
•
General understanding of HR / L&D activities
•
Experience in working with training and
development providers
•
Knowledge of where to access up-to-date learning
and development information
•
Knowledge of Data Protection
•
Good communication in English

Responsibilities:
•
Monitoring Sales Store & coordinating with
operational to improve sales
•
Monitoring & communicating with operational
related to training
•
Monitoring engagement seed and seed program
campaign
•
Monitoring mystery shopper process
•
Conducting planning related to Human Resource
development
Requirements:
•
Bachelor degree from any field
•
Experienced in 2-3 years in same position
•
Good communication in English (oral &
written)
•
Able to work under pressure
•
Good interpersonal & communication skill
•
Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
