Accounting Officer
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare intercompany elimination and consolidation entries.
- Perform research, evaluate and document recommended accounting
treatment.
- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the
recordation of fixed assets.
- Perform month end and year end closing process and reporting to
management team on timely basis.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- In depth knowledge of IFRS standard and accounting software.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Previous experience in FMCG preferred.
Accounting Graduate
You could take up a variety
of key responsibilities including:
- Local and group accounting policies, standards and reporting.
- Consolidation and intercompany reconciliation.
- Month-end close and statutory audit.
- Fixed asset and master data management.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must be in final year of study/possess at least a Bachelor’s
Degree in Accounting with min GPA of 3.00
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving capability, high standard
of achievement, motivation, and interest.
- Ability to work in a diverse and multi-ethnic teamwork.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have knowledge of IFRS standard and accounting software.
Key Account Intern
Key Responsibility(s)
- Assisting daily tasks of Product Marketing B2C and Official Store Team
such as setting discount promotions and product stock availability check
- Handling technical and administrative tasks: processing invoices,
MOUs, and others
- Working together with Product Marketing B2C and Official Store Team in
creating and managing campaigns and promotions, such as ideation for
upcoming promotions and documenting exposures in marketplaces
Qualification(s)
Must have:
- Preferably from marketing, economy, management, or business
administration majors
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Understand Microsoft Excel (at least basic formulas, pivot table and
VLOOKUP)
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
