new Agri-tech start-up that aims to harness the potential of technology to
improve the livelihoods and incomes of farmers and agricultural MSMEs in rural
Indonesia. We built the first full-stack solution for Indonesian agriculture.
Our goal is to help farmers and MSMEs make smart business decisions and
maximize their profit potential, which will ultimately revitalize rural
Indonesia and farming communities.

Field Researcher - Magelang
You might fit
be a right fit:
- Has at least 1 year relevant experience in
Research.
- Graduated from a reputable university, majoring
in Sociology, Anthropology, Information Systems, Information technology,
Computer Science or Psychology will be an advantage.
- Passion for contributing to building digital
solutions that impact the underserved communities.
- Have a basic understanding of design thinking and
research methodology;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data from
qualitative sources; experience with quantitative research would be an
advantage.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify research opportunities,
research planning, execution, synthesize, until insights and
recommendation delivery with the right methods based on research questions
that we want to know.
- Deeply understand the people’s problems through
several practices like probing and triggering think out loud while making
sure there is less bias as possible, such as missing context, leading
questions and other prohibited approaches in user research.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willing to relocate in Magelang.
Your
day-to-day:
- Strategize with the UI/UX and Product team on
product goals and areas where user research can provide meaningful
insights.
- Build a research roadmap and conduct thoughtful
research on various products to help our growing base of users and
increase adoption.
- Work with the technical agronomy team and
designers to prepare draft research material (interviews questionnaires,
user surveys, card sorting, usability tests etc).
- Conduct qualitative research on digital products
that will help with the validation of the product.
- Conduct field research in Magelang (talk to
farmers and agri MSMEs) along with the field research team.
- Analyze the data from the qualitative research to
bring comprehensive research recommendations for the product and design
team.
