HR OFFICER
REQUIREMENT:
1. Min Diploma Degree
2. Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
3. Min 2years experience for the Training Coordinator/Officer
role or equivalent position
4. Having experience to do the training analysis, develop the
training plan, organize and monitor the execution of the training program
5. Preferably domicile in Bintan Island or other area in Riau
Island province
6. Having knowledge to maintain the training and employee
competency record
7. Having hands-on experience to coordinate with various
external training provider
