1. HR Administration
§
At least 1 year experience working in HR
Administration
§
Deep knowledge of compensation-benefit and labor
law
§
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other
software such as HRIS
§
Able to work in a fast-paced situation,
high-initiative, detail oriented, and reliable
§
Strong skills in data analytics and people
management
§
Good communication and administrative skills
2. Legal Counsel
§
Bachelor's degree in Law and having experience
at least 2 years working as a Legal Officer with PKPA certifications
§
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
§
Familiar with OSS and other government license
system
§
Adaptive, collaborative, and good analytical
thinking
§
Excellent drafting and negotiation skill with a
strong commercial and legal argument
3. Compliance Officer
§
Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business
management, or a related field
§
At least 1 – 3 years’ proven experience in a
compliance officer role
§
Good knowledge of legal requirements and
procedures
§
Excellent oral and written communication skills
§
High analytical thinking with strong attention
to detail
4. Content Creator
Requirement :
§
Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience at
agency or beauty industry
§
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or
Communication preferred, or equivalent industry experience
§
Able to create videos using mobile phone &
professional camera
§
Have high interest on skincare or beuaty trends

TikTok and Instagram Reels of Scarlett
§
Monitor, track, and report content activities
and research
§

bringing ideas to improve the content
